The client will automatically receive an email confirming the journey(s) you have requested. The client will be responsible for checking the details received to us are correct.
The client will receive an email when the journey has been assigned to a driver. This will contain the pick-up instructions and the drivers telephone number.
B-Driven does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforseen circumstances.
We advise passengers to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to flight departure to allow for unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. B-Driven will not take any responsibility for any passengers missing their flight 3 hours check-in time was not allowed.
No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
If your flight has any serious delays, please inform us or the driver as soon as possible. B-Driven will also track all flights for possible delays from our end.
B-Driven make use of their own transport wherever possible, but do use third party companies where appropriate.
Prices are calculated manually according to the distance, time of travel and the number of passengers travelling. We reserve the right to upgrade the type of vehicle to be used if the selected vehicle type is not available.
Prices quoted are for transport only. All gate and entrance fees are for the customers own account. In the event that a professional tour guide is required, this will also be an additional charge, payable directly to the tour guide.
For airport transfers, we do not charge for the first hour waiting time after the plane has landed. In the event that the passenger being caught up in immigration or the loss of luggage has occurred, we reserve the right to charge an additional R100/hour pro-rata. Waiting time for all journeys will be charged at an additional charge of R150/hour or part thereof after the stipulated pick-up time.
Any amendment must be made through the office via the website, telephone or email and a confirmation will be emailed to the customer.
B-Driven will accept any cancellation made as long as at least 24 hours notification has been given. A 10% administration/transaction fee will be charged. Cancellations need to be made via email and a confirmation will be sent to the senders email address.
In the event that a confirmation email is not received confirming the cancellation, please call one of the contact numbers on the contact page.
Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances: No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys. No refund will be made for cancellation of a booking on the day or afterwards.
All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed to the B-Driven via email.
